“Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the Fall.”
-F. Scott Fitzgerald

As nature’s canvas reveals to us the magnificent colors of Autumn, we must face the fact that Summer is over and Fall has begun.

Long revered by many as their favorite time of the year, Autumn is a season of the senses – See wondrous colors all around as you drive through Amish Country; listen to the rustle of leaves, the call of geese flying south and cheers at football games; smell dried leaves and bon fires; taste hot mulled cider, pumpkin everything and apple dumplings; feel the crisp air as you take an evening stroll and the cozy feeling of a soft sweater.

The St. Paul Hotel invites you to stimulate your senses this Fall in beautiful Historic Downtown Wooster, Ohio and the surrounding area. With so many sights to see, events to attend, places to eat and fun to have, you’ll find there just aren’t enough days in October to enjoy it all!

National Sweetest Day

October 21st, 2023

The first Sweetest day was on October 10,1921 in Cleveland. Although originally a day when candy was distributed to orphans, the elderly and poor, Sweetest Day now encourages everyone to be generous in even the smallest ways. Celebrate the day by sending a kind thought, a gesture of kindness or a small gift to someone you appreciate.

Nothing small is ever wasted when given with compassion.
